That's why I came up with a fort-building kit that's tough enough for big kids like me!

Fort in a Box is a sole proprietorship that makes and sells boxes that contain supplies to build the structure for a superior blanket fort that will hold up heavy blankets and be big enough for kids of all ages. The company’s CEO, Daniel Jones, has been building his own extraordinary forts for almost a decade. He purchased a fort building kit he’d seen advertised on TV and was extremely disappointed. The kit was not sturdy enough to hold up lightweight blankets and the resulting structure was barely big enough for a typical 3-year-old. He knew there had to be a better solution. Daniel discovered when building forts that heavy cardboard beams, such as those found in furniture packaging, worked perfectly. He knew there had to be numerous older kids who would also enjoy a fort that was sturdy and large enough to accommodate them.

Fort in a Box beams are made from heavy cardboard that won't collapse under the weight of blankets. Beams may also be stacked and bolted together for even stronger supports.
